Pubsafe Board of Advisors Goals
To provide the world a single platform to collect and share real-time disaster information to those that can reduce human suffering (citizens, NGOs, gov) and mitigate financial losses.
Joe Anderson, Maj Gen (ret)
General Anderson is a distinguished combat veteran and experience business consultant with extensive experience in government aquisition. Post United States Marine Corps, Gen. Anderson managed the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center Air and Space Museum and servered on the Board of Advisors Draken International.
Tracy Dasilva, Sr. Software Engineer
Tracy is an experienced Software Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the defense automation industry, medical devices and instrumentation industries and telecommunications. Tracy is a strong engineering professional with a Master of Science (MSSE) in Software Engineering from Fairfield University.
Josh Holcombe, IT & Cyber Security
Mr. Holcombe is a Navy veteran, and the COO of IGTech365, LLC, a managed services company in Tampa, FL. Josh works with a wide variety of technology and industries to ensure resiliancy and cyber security. Josh is also skilled in operations management and brings valued network and infrastructure knowledge to the BoA.

James Smith, US Army Maj, Legal Counsel
James is an attorney by trade and has served the State of South Carolina in politics and his country as an Army Officer combat veteran. He has responded to multiple state emegencies as part of the National Guard and consults with technology companies related to security and emergency managment.
Steve Sutton, PhD Psychology
Steve holds a PhD in Pychology and brings over 25 years of statistics, research, technical writing and education to the BoA. PhD Sutton’s skills also include ISO 9001:2008, data management, grant writing, and measuring and monitoring human behavior.
Todd Terrell, Pres. United Cajun Navy
Todd is a founding organizer of the Cajun Navy movement started in 2005. Since then Todd has built and led the United Cajun Navy response to many natural disasters. Todd bring “boots on the ground” experience with most major hurricanes impacting the USA.
J. Russell, Capt. Police Agency
